This studio is part of a real estate complex which is constantly maintained both outside and inside. There are security cameras and a receptionist 24 hours a day. This person can answer you at least in English and Spanish.
Perfect location
The studio is very well located near everything! The studio is located in the center of the Costa del Sol which stretches from Estapona to Nerja. You will also be quite close to the magnificent cities of Córdoba, Granada and Gibraltar!
Easy Transport
You can do a lot on foot. There is a bus and train service. Málaga airport is only 15 minutes away by car. You can rent a car at the airport. You will be a short distance from the Mediterranean highway which allows you to move quickly between towns. You will also be close to the panoramic road which is on the edge of the coast.
Neighborhood
You will be 750 meters from Santa-Ana Beach and Bil-Bil Beach. A grocery store, several restaurant services, several shops and other services are near the building complex. You can do everything on foot. You are one street away from Aroyo de la Miel.

We know Portugal and a very large part of Spain. We can help you plan a "Itinerary/Visit" through the 2 countries. Don't hesitate to tell us about yourself, what you would like to see and do. We will do everything we can to guide you to make the most of your stay. Of course, you can rent our studio for a few days and sleep in other hotels (or studios) when you travel. We will encourage you to do it if you want to see the country!
Price (Studio rental)
Price for our studio rental in Spain is VERY CHEAP. It is between 50 Euros/night in low season and 100 Euros/night in high season. Price is slightly higher on weekend (Friday and Saturday night). We can also request higher price on holiday (for carnaval, religious event, etc.)
On AirBnB, you will also see a cleaning fee which is always 60 Euros, no matter how much nights you rent and there is a fee for AirBnB itself.
We do offer weekly discount and much MORE if you rent for more then one month. It is all calculated by AirBnB.
We also OFFER last minute reservation discount as well.
